I have always had a passion for fitness and eating healthy, but I felt like I was putting in all of this work and not getting the results I wanted. So I connected with Brian to help with my nutrition. We had our initial assessment and it turns out I have been consuming a lot less food than I should be.
Starting out I was skeptical about increasing my calories even though I wanted to lose weight but Brian made it really easy with a daily meal plan that consists of the amount of macros I need along with what foods to eat during each meal.
