I have always had a passion for fitness and eating healthy, but I felt like I was putting in all of this work and not getting the results I wanted. So I connected with Brian to help with my nutrition. We had our initial assessment and it turns out I have been consuming a lot less food than I should be.

Starting out I was skeptical about increasing my calories even though I wanted to lose weight but Brian made it really easy with a daily meal plan that consists of the amount of macros I need along with what foods to eat during each meal. I even get to eat foods I have deprived myself of like rice and peanut butter!

But the biggest thing I have learned from Brian is to trust the process. Whenever I have a question he’s there to jump in. Now a little more than 4 weeks in I increased the amount of calories I am eating by about 500 calories per day.

I have lost over 5 pounds and dropped 3 inches! But the most important part with all of this is that this plan is sustainable – it’s something I can see myself doing for the rest of my life – it’s by no means a quick fix …it’s an long term investment that has now become a routine!

Working with Brian has been such an eye opening experience. His passion and desire to help people is very transparent…if you’re willing to be pushed to change your habits for the better, this is your way to success!
