Erik has gotten me into the best shape of my life (I’m in my 30s). He’s an excellent communicator, nonjudgmental, and easily adjusts to my preferred style at any given moment. His knowledge of fitness is…staggering. He easily navigates between functional workouts, strength training, yoga, HIIT, cardio…literally whatever I was looking to do. I trained with Erik for over two years, and I saw a major improvement in my muscle tone, ie I looked jacked. I was constantly challenged and surprisingly entertained. Erik is very funny and engaging, but also will not let you off the hook. His knowledge of different styles of training is vast. If I wanted to incorporate yoga, no problem, TRX, gymnastics rings, calisthenics, circuit training, track and field, he's got you. I'm more curious of what he doesn't know about training lol. Having a specific vision (or goal). Creating a specific plan to accomplish it. Then, take it one step at a time and enjoy the process!
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people change their lives in a relatively short period of time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coming from a family that struggles with obesity, I was lucky to find fitness in my early 20s. It changed my life, and made me passionate about helping other people change theirs.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I sanitize my equipment, and wash my hands before every session. I’m also open to wearing a mask.
