She was able to gradually build me up on the three big lifts in a way that was safe for a person with previously herniated discs - not an easy task! Just because she’s thoughtful and fun to work out with does not mean Cami goes easy on you (which is exactly what you’d want from a high quality trainer). She always pushes me to my limits (safely) and I am always impressed at the speed at which I get stronger every week. Workouts are never boring because Cami constantly changes programming and your body is constantly surprised by new movements and circuits.
