Hi my name is Maria, I am a Power Vinyasa yoga (dynamic flow yoga) teacher in west London. My group classes are strong and energising, with a focus on connecting movement to breath to still the mind. People usually leave feeling energised and relaxed. Yoga is very beneficial – physically it strengthens and tones the body, improves flexibility and circulation, prevents injury and improves digestion and posture. On a mental level yoga can help to calm the mind, focus, de-stress, increase self esteem and can improve sleep patterns.
