What sets Nate apart is that ge takes the time to get to know you. He genuinely cares about your goals (both inside and outside the gym) and helps you achieve them.
Nate will push you to do your best, but also recognizes that people have limits and knows where to draw the line. He takes the time to explain what different movements/exercises do to the body (i.e., what muscles they work), while ensuring you use the right techniques to avoid injuries.

I signed up after walking into this beautiful clean gym and talking to Rachelle, co-owner. Â She was wonderful! Â Very warm, fair, and very accommodating. Â This gym is clean, safe, and has TV's on the cardio....Yes! Â They even have this awesome multi-purpose room where you can start an exercise video on a large screen...on demand classes!. Â It has equipment for everyone, including uplifting stuff posted around the interior. Â It's not a huge gym with a pool and sauna, but I wouldn't use any of that stuff anyways. Â You won't be disappointed.
