Functional Rehabilitation Strength Training (FRST for short) encompasses all avenues of fitness under one roof. We work on:

FRST Fitness is first-rate! Friendly, welcoming staff and patrons. Variety of challenging, structured workouts led by instructors whose primary concern is that training is done properly to maximize effectiveness and avoid injury. For those on public transit, bus #6 stops out front; vehicle parking is in the lot or on the street.
Orange Theory is extremely lucky to have Omar on their team. Both my boyfriend and I always plan our workouts around when he is teaching. I have never met a trainer who was so motivating, encouraging and attentive to individual needs as well as abilities. Every class is filled with awesome music, high fives, personalized challenges, and a room full of people laughing and smiling. He is truly exceptional at his job and it is very palpable that all of his clients agree with me. Omar converted me from someone who hated group workouts to someone who encourages people to look into it.

I've been trained by Anna for close to 3 years now. Today I am stronger, more confident and full of energy. Core strength has helped me in my everyday tasks but the carefully chosen exercises and challenges keep me excited every time I workout with Anna as her instructions are clear and deliver results. Anna's infectious laugh and warm personality only make this experience that much more enjoyable.
Amazing and fun. Not just your regular boring gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable and support you with nutrition and anything else you have difficulties with. They ensure you get results and don’t leave you to do it on your own - you feel supported through your whole journey.
Shayne is an amazing trainer. He really motivates you to push your limits and try to go even further. Because of his Bootcamp class, I've found my endurance and my strength have improved immensely. My fitness has revolved around injuries sustained from a car accident a few years ago. The pain and stiffness in my knee, hips and ankle has been decreasing which has allowed me to live a much more active lifestyle than previously, with more energy and motivation to tasks I feared previously. He's incredibly accommodating when one exercise is a little beyond my fitness level and gives alternatives so that I can still do the workout and feel I'm getting something out of it.
As well, I enjoy his classes and I look forward to them throughout the week. Honestly, they're the highlight of my week!
