We do not only focus on working out/moving your body but also NUTRITION. We don't call it a diet because you will never feel restricted and still be able to eat what you love.
Depending on your individual goal we would come up with a plan together, post assessment based on the information we gather. This way we see your starting point and get you exactly where you want to be!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency, Accountability and Sustainability.
1. You need to be consistent in what you do to see results it wont happen over night.
2. You need someone to hold you accountable in the process and help guide you (aka a coach)
3. You need to be able to stick to the plan. If you can't it is not sustainable for you. No low cal diets, no no carb diets, no keto.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people reach their goals in a way they thought was never possible before. I love teach people new things about health and fitness and taking care of their bodies. Giving you the tools to take care of yourself for years to come.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My first PT job was in a box gym and all they cared about was filling up my schedules with clients and didn't actually care about the results. I want to be able to work with hardworking, like minded people that want to make a change.
Be able to focus on each individual client and give them the attention they need and not just punch in hours. I love seeing the changes and helping people take care of themselves in the long run :) So rewarding.

I have a lot of experience in PT and I am here for you 24/7 if you have any questions. I create such a relationship with my clients we become friends for life. I listen to your likes and dislikes and know when to push you and when to back off. It's all about the effort we both but in to the program. Yes. Since the COVID-19 restrictions I am offering virtual 1 on 1 or group training via zoom.
Each session is 1 hour and price depends on the package you choose.
We use any equipment you have available. If you don't no problem we don't need it!
My clients can prove to you, you don't need equipment to see results.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am only offering online services right now. No in home or in gym training at this time.
