Sultan is one of a kind. It’s been a while I’ve been with a personal trainer but he does an amazing job at gauging where you’re at and pushing you beyond that just the right amount. Allowing you the ability to sustain yourself throughout the entire session and also challenging you beyond what you think you’re capable of. He also is not one for generic exercises. He is skilled at targeted exercises you’ve never seen before that are efficient and relieve unnecessary tension and strain on joints. Sultan is great personal trainer! He is well versed in all sorts of physical training programs, including specialties like pre/post training, injury rehab, weight gain and loss;
and just simply motivating clients to do better, push themselves, and get into a routine. He was communicative before our first meeting and clearly had reviewed my prior history so he had a set plan to for my fitness goals. Its been 3 weeks now and my experience with my Personal Trainer has been Amazing.
Sultan really knows how to turn your weeknesses into strength and build a better version of yourself.
he Creates an amazing environment where you feel comfortable working out. I Joined Gym before 3 or 4 times and tried working out but always quit within a week. Bcoz beginner never know where to start.
But with Sultan I know I have to show up for training no matter how I feel bcoz he is always waiting and do follow up on me. That's the accountability which is becoming a habbit and made me persistent.
I am nowhere near the person I was when I met Sultan. I have big goals now about my physical appearance.

I just completed about 2 months of personal training with Sultan and the experience has been very positive. Sultan is very skilled and knowledgeable in his work, and took time to really understand my personal goals before beginning training. He definitely makes you work hard, but you know it’s because he really wants to see you reach your goals. He’s serious about his work and you definitely feel he’s monitoring your progress closely. He doesn’t let you give up on yourself - trust me I tried! He will continue to challenge you to your maximum ability. His training style is very approachable, professional, tempered with a great sense of humour! Despite any temporary feeling of exhaustion I may feel during certain exercises, I definitely feel good after the session, and feel like I worked out hard! I definitely would recommend him to others!

Definitely a huge upgrade from Fit4Less -I decided to sign up for personal training a few weeks in, and was paired up with SULTAN - HANDS DOWN THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!! It's only been a couple of weeks and I can already see drastic improvements in my endurance, strength and overall mindset to working out. He possesses a lot of skills/qualities that you hope to find in an excellent trainer. Depends. On Clinets/NEED/TIME, online training or remote training is challenging if you are read for the challenge let’s do it.
