We offer Meal Planning with every Training package purchased . In order to get 100% of results expected client needs to do the correct things during the workout and post workout . Also we have an amazing friendly and knowledgable staff. We also offer Text support to all clients.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body you need is to have the Meal Plan and Exercise program that is correct for you . We do not have a cookie cutter Meal Plan and exercise program for all. Each program is individually prepared to customize the needs of each client. We also offer a complimentary Full Body Assessment including Body fat weigh in , Full measurements from top to bottom. We also follow up with regular measures to make goals are being accomplished .

What do you love most about your job?

I love my job even after 20 years!! I enjoy helping clients achieve all Health and Fitness goals . I myself had many medical issues including Diabetes and Heart conditions over 21 years ago. After Turning towards Healthy eating and exercising i lost 75 Lbs in just 7 months and became 100% healthy drug free.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I enjoy being self employed . It gives me the opportunity to decide which staff and clients i get to work with and assist . Very satisfying . This is definitely my calling in life.

Why should our clients choose you?

If clients are serious about getting Healthy and achieving all results then I have the Knowledge to accomplish this for them. I am Certified in Weight Loss, Herbs and Supplements and I am also a Physiotherpaist Assistant.
All my clients accomplish goals much sooner than expected . I also make sessions challenging but fun at the same time . Also all fitness programs begin at the clients present level and is increased as they can handle. Proper Progression is key .
