I have been attending Jenna’s classes for more than a year now. I am lot stronger than before. I did not know I will be able to do more than 1 full push ups. Now, I can do 16 full push ups in less than a minute. She always encourage me to eat healthier as well to help with my goals. I love the classes because you’re only job is to be there and do the training that Jenna has prepared for you. She never fails to make sure you’re doing it correctly. The time just flies by and you know it’s always a great workout! The classes are always challenging and so much fun! I gained new friends as the girls are so friendly and we do encourage each other and it makes a big difference. We are a big family at the Burlington Fitness! I am so glad to be part of it. ❤️
