I reached a point of my life where I wanted to take sincere action in changing my lifestyle to become a life-long healthy individual. So, I was not just looking for a personal trainer, I was also looking for someone who was dedicated to changing lives for the better and long-term, someone who understood the hard-work and dedication it would take, someone who was REAL- and that search ended when I found Khadeejah. I am so grateful and glad I met her, because she took training to a whole new level, beyond the gimmicks and industry talk that is constantly being bombarded at us through social media. She is a role model and example in making fitness a part of life. I have learnt so much from her thus far holistically in my transformation of self-love and betterment. She has always exhibited attentiveness and professionalism, consistently following up with my progress and answering all my questions. What stood out for me was how she did not let me give up on myself when I started slacking. I definitely recommend Kat as a persona trainer, particularly for females like me who need that comfort and drive that she provides to her clients without fail. This summer I made the best decision possible to hire a personal trainer. I found Kadeejah on Kijiji and messaged her immediately after realizing that she could offer everything I was looking for. Furthermore, after reading her blog and scrolling through her Instagram account, I confirmed that Kadeejah was the right trainer for me. I met with her first in mid-August 2017. I was nervous, out of shape, and really needed help with technique. Kadeejah walked me through each exercise and helped me learn proper form while looking out for an old knee injury and a sore back. Kadeejah motivated me by showing me my own strength and explaining exercises and their purpose instead of forcing me into a routine that made no sense to me. She helped teach me fundamentals that had not once before crossed my mind. I'd realized that for years I was doing basic exercises incorrectly! She makes training interesting and gives unique tips that help you perform workouts more effectively and efficiently! I recommend Kadeejah for anyone looking to learn proper form, increase strength and fitness levels, lose weight, improve their training skills or simply just improve their overall health (my original goal). So far I've been seeing Kadeejah 1-2 times per week over the last couple of months. I've managed to lose over 7 pounds without changing my diet. Most importantly, I can now walk into any gym with the confidence of knowing what I'm doing and performing exercises correctly without injuring myself. I feel stronger and walk a lot straighter and I'm able to manage well on my feet especially at work as a nurse. I owe it all to Kadeejah, she's an excellent and extremely intelligent trainer that will motivate you and get you on the right track towards your fitness goals! I love my clients! They are amazing hard working women who are juggling multiple responsibilities and still make the effort to get themselves in shape. I love to show them their ability and just how easy it is to get where they want to go with proper guidance.

The business chose me! I started with helping friends with their fitness before 2012 and they referred me to others. I decided to get certified* in 2013 and started training people part-time while working in a HR position. Sitting all day in front of a computer was not my ideal work environment so I decided to become a trainer full time. I also started competing in 2014 which helped grow my business organically.
*My previous two certifications were with CanFitPro as a Certified Trainer and Sports Nutritionist

My previous clients said they thought I could get them results without jeopardizing their health, and they were not wrong.
Mainly I get clients results without them having to starve, I include proper nutrition with training, and I guarantee results within 3-6 months (depending on starting point).

Both, as well as hybrid where clients may see me once a week or biweekly while training on their own rest of the time.

I'm fully vaccinated.
I follow the rules of whichever gym I train clients at.
I wear a mask while training clients if they prefer that.

Personal Training for women in the Greater Toronto Area.
My intensive programs are meant to accelerate your progress and teach you how to maintain your results going forward.

How it Works:

1. After you fill out the Client Intake Form, I will get in touch with you to schedule a phone call to go over your background and goals. During our call, you will schedule and pay the initial fee ($125) for your in-person consultation. This fee is deducted from your package if you sign up after the in-person consultation.

2. During your consultation, I will assess your movement patterns and active range of motion to prescribe exercises for your body. You will be put through a workout to assess your current fitness level. This is the information I will use to create a training program that will address your wants and needs as well as your requirements. For example, one of your wants is nicer glutes. You may not know you require certain exercises to improve your hip range of motion, which will help you achieve nicer glutes faster.

My online program is meant to accelerate your progress by teaching you fundamentals of training and nutrition, and how to maintain your results.
Being fit and healthy has a few rules you must follow. It has nothing to do with restrictive diets, eating organic, eating boring food, or working out for hours. These are:

1. Your exercises should be custom to your biomechanics: your body’s physical ability,

2. Your nutrition should be conducive to your training,

3. You must be able to do it long term.

Having the foundations in place will ensure that you are getting the most out of your nutrition and training.
