As an avid gym enthusiast for the past 12 years, I practice what I preach and am very confident working with all fitness levels. Not only will I challenge you to set a goal and push you the right way during the workouts, I will build strong routines and create sustainable nutritional habits for you to follow for the rest of your life.
I have been going to No Excuse for two years and couldn't be happier!!! As a 48 year old starting boxing lessons I was A little intimidated. However the coaches and atmosphere couldn't be more welcoming.
I started Kaley's classes after giving birth to my 2nd child, a short 6 weeks post-delivery. Kaley guided me through safe exercises as I rebuilt my strength. After only 7 weeks, I have more energy and I am seeing obvious results.
I really enjoy the variety (and creativity) of exercises, from week to week, and through the various classes. I truly feel I get a full body workout each time. I also enjoy that I can attend to my little one without feeling that I am disturbing the class, and can incorporate him in various ways through my workout, whether awake or asleep Not to mention the great moms I get to meet and motivate me!
I quickly incorporated Kaley's classes in my routine, often following a class with groceries, or other errands. It gets me and baby out of the house, AND I see results.
Started my weight loss journey with John. Having over 27 years experience and hearing positive feedback from others that have trained with John DePass. Great location and private gym helped. I did a trial week at the F45 (Functional 45) training facility and I thoroughly enjoyed myself!! The workouts were interesting and invigorating!! I always walked away feeling like I'd had a great workout. The trainers were great at motivating gym members. I am already a member at a kickboxing gym so I decided not to join F45 right now but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and build a strong body!!
Susan makes fitness fun! Her knowledge, friendliness, and customized programs keeps you motivated, all the while ensuring use of correct form so that you get the most from your hard work. Every time I leave the gym, I've learned something new. 7 months later, people ask me how I lost weight and have started to look so fit - my reply is always, "Susan". If you are trying to keep fit and healthy but don't know where to start or can't keep on track, then Susan is the answer.
This gym and shake bar are awesome I started going there on there grand opening and Jessica and John both make you feel so comfortable when you go like it is your own gym. Jessica has helped me regain strength and muscle in both of my surgically repaired shoulders and is currently helping me with my weight goals. I look forward to all my workouts. I would highly recommend both of them to help you with your goals.
