Every single client that I work with gets the bespoke approach. We start with a comprehensive assessment to identify your individual goals, needs, lifestyle, schedule, preferences, etc. Next, I help you realistic goals and build out program completely tailored to those goals, and then we get moving. Week by week, we work our way towards your goals... learning, applying, adapting, growing, and excelling. And when things go wrong (which they will) I'm there to give you new tools and strategies to help you navigate any obstacles so that you can continue to progress forward. I'm with you the whole way!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There are no secrets. Here's how it's done: 1) Controlled eating; 2) Physical activity; 3) Increased water intake; 4) Solid sleep routine; 5) Stress management; 6) Daily goal review. The process is simple; the execution is the challenging part. On top of all this, you MUST have clarity on your goals and know your deeper reasoning for wanting to achieve them. Once you've got all of this working together, it's a walk in the park.

What do you love most about your job?

Honestly, the thing I love most about coaching is simply being able to make a difference in people's lives. Working with someone 1-on-1 and watching them work their way up the ladder of competence week by week and transform into a totally different person is so rewarding for me. I also love turning non-believers into achievers! That's always fun! =D

What inspired you to start your own business?

I’ve been training and dieting for 15+ years now. And I didn’t always look like I do now. As with most people who commence on a fitness journey, I hadn’t a single clue what I was doing when I first started. I struggled for several years and when I finally mastered how to not only achieve but maintain the body of my dreams, I just wanted to share it with the world. That's when I founded MyQuest. I was already an entrepreneur, so the transition was easy and coaching is so fulfilling to me so it seemed like a win-win... and it was!

I want to help people… for real, for real. And if one of those people just happens to be YOU, know that I’m here to help in every way that I possibly can. I'm here for my clients like no other coach is. I’m a real person, just like you; who’s faced a lot of problems in life, (probably) just like you; who’s struggled with fitness for WAY too many years than I’m happy to admit, hopefully NOT just like you.
