How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It is important to always first analyze and discuss what the clients goals are both short and long term. Thereafter, making work out plans to bring that vision into reality is of utmost importance to have that potential fulfilled. Discussing nutritional logs, and assigning homework in between sessions is very helpful for all my clients. That helps build confidence and achieve results with their fitness goals faster!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The proof is in the effort that every personal trainer demands of themselves. I have always participated in many sports, I am physically fit, eat extremely healthy, and have a great physique. By utilizing goals I have already attained, I assist clients improve on daily activities of living, and help them become more physically fit, even with a busy schedule. I also help fine tune high caliber athletes to becoming the best version of themselves.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with new clients because each person, and family is different. It makes me challenge my own presuppositions, and learn how to adapt to helping and nurturing every individual in order to reach their fitness goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work as an independent personal trainer and business owner to ensure there is an interpersonal aspect that puts personal back into a trainers job description in order to verify the client and trainer relationship to its utmost integrity. Corporate gyms, online trainers, and other fitness gurus, undermine the importance of the client and trainer relationship because clients are sold to these trainers without any individual initiative involved. That lessens the importance on listening to each clients experience with their personal fitness, because they are seen as a third party entity buying into a brand before they are sold as a human being wanting to improve their physical fitness with a trainer of their choosing. It is a personal trainer that each client is looking to establish a relationship with, not a brand. As part of my promise to my clients, I always ensure that relationship remains comfortable and open so that communication is as honest as possible to reiterate the importance to my clients that they reach their fitness goals.
