APT within a few weeks flatten my stomach , built muscular definition on my arms and back. As my stomach flatten, my pants began to fall off me.

Conditions cause my workout with APT to lapsed but I am planning to recommit to the training of APT.

My experience with Avelino has been nothing but outstanding, I can’t say enough positive things about him and his approach to fitness. Avelino truly understands at a physical and physiological level what it means not just to work out, but also to gain and maintain fitness goals… I am confident that he can meet anyone’s Ideas for themselves and their fitness because he did that for me. Avelino created, and adjusted a physical fitness regiment best suited toward me and my abilities along the way, I reached beyond my own thoughts and ideas. He can see beyond the moment and look into the future while making sure that I give my exercises my all while maintaining safety and especially proper form… He encourages me to add in on my own cardio fitness and maintaining healthy eating habits.

I've been working out with APT for six weeks now and I am already seeing results. I’ve lost 15 Lbs and have finally seen my love handles disappear. Avelino is very passionate about helping his clients to become better versions of themselves. He was there every week cheering me on and motivating me not to give up.

Training with Avelino was an eye-opening experience for me. a lot of it developed my own intrinsic motivation to train besides training with him. I’ve trained for a couple of days on and off with Avelino, In which those days felt like I was enlisted in boot camp, but I was always excited to restart the next day to constantly push myself and get the physique I've desired for myself as well as a healthier mindset for later on in life. To this day, Training with Avelino has pushed me to become dedicated to the gym as well as placing it as one of the places of catharsis and focus, changing my lifestyle significantly as a result. He’ll constantly be proactive and present during workouts to make sure you're on top of yourself and not cheating in any motion. Everyday you’ll come out sore but in anticipation of the next day. I definitely understand those where you don't feel like getting out of bed, but you'll definitely won't regret going to the gym, especially with Avelino on your heels. 100/10 Motivator and you will get the results you want for yourself, Just stay consistent.

With APT, I chose to do the zoom training. It was very extensive in information and physically challenging. Each workout makes you want to give up and call it a day but then you hear motivating words to not give up and to find strength when you thought you didn't have any to push through and finish strong then surprisingly, You do.
