Camille is an incredible trainer. I have been working with her for almost two years and the exercises we do are always fun and different. I am so much stronger than I used to be! She is great at adapting exercises if you have a temporary or long term injury, and at finding a way to get you a good work out no matter what equipment you have available! Yes! I train most of my clients virtually via Zoom. Although equipment is not necessary, I do provide my clients with a list of recommended workout materials to purchase.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For in-person training sessions, everything is sanitized before and after the session and masks are mandatory. As of now, I am only holding sessions outside in a park.

While people may share similar goals, every client's program is unique because every person has a unique body, fitness history and mental barriers to overcome. Working 1-on-1 with me will get you to your goals faster than any general program or class will. Sessions are done either virtually over Zoom or in-person in NYC.

Don't want to do it alone? No problem. I offer 2-person training sessions, as well. While not as personalized as 1-on-1 training, 2-person training gives you double the support and is more affordable!
