What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is to make sure you are following the right nutrition plan & training plan based on your goals and yourself. Once you have the correct plan to follow its all about consistency.

What do you love most about your job?

I love more than anything helping people achieve their goals. I have lost over 9 stone since I was 18/19 years old and I can't believe how much it has improved my life and lifestyle. I want to help people live the life they want and to be healthy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I believe I can help a lot more people than I ever could restrict at a company gym. I wanted to go on my own so I can gro my name/business and let the world know that I can help you and that people can achieve their results.
