How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
1) I keep workouts interesting and engaging with a variety of workouts.
2) I hold them a accountable on a daily basis to help them stay on track towards their goals.
3) I educate them outside the gym with nutrition and mindset advice to commit 100% them to their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
For me it’s all about balance and enjoying the process. I always commit long-term as short-term results never last. Remember it’s a lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to help others achieve their fitness goals which can sometimes relate to their careers. One of the most rewarding aspect is the evolution in self-belief in the clients mindset.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a professional footballer before and going from part-time to full-time was my dream since I was a kid. Fitness has always been my passion and always seen it as “just being fit” where now I realised it’s more than that. Working out helps mostly your mind and has a massive effect on the way you feel so I want to help as many people as I can to start feeling invincible and like they can achieve anything they want in life. I also want to help semi-professional athletes to go and reach their goals in their sports.

I have been a Personal Trainer since I was 18 and I have played professional football so I feel like I have enough experience in the fitness industry to make sure I give you the best advice and results towards achieving your goals whether is football or fitness.
