High Park is the Central Park of Toronto. Beautiful city park in the west of Toronto for those who enjoys walking, running, playing tennis, soccer or just hang out with friends or your dog. There is also a small zoo in south end of the park. Enjoy! More...

What I love most about running a health and wellness company is seeing clients light up when they see all the small wins leading up to their main goals! Also when I've been working with a client for a while, and one day their brain connects to their body and you hear it in what they tell you during a session, that is rewarding. Once that happens, I let them know how amazing it is that they get it! I love to celebrate their wins and when the lights go on inside their heads.

I also love the variety that I get from building a company. Doing what I do is not just about being a trainer. I am not your average trainer. I have a background as a Registered Nurse, and may reinistate my full license in order to have a broader scope of practice as the founder of KellyKinetix. I find ways to connect fitness, dance, and community in order to help women be resilient and thrive through life. All that I am passionate about, I share with others.

I also love developing the "KellyKinetix Team". I run an internship program to help those that want to be trainers, instructors, dance teachers to learn what its like to work within KellyKinetix, and I also offer positions to those with specialties like Social Media, Web Development, Accounting, Business Development and the list goes on. I also have developed a new position for Certified Personal Trainer Apprentices - Trainers that are already certified that want to help people and learn what it means to be a Trainer at KellyKinetix. I love offering opportunities to people who either need experience, are looking for a career change, or looking for an industry change. While the intern positions start unpaid (with benefits), the more business that is developed, the more people will become rewarded with pay down the road. I love motivating clients and I love motivating students, and adults to be their best in the KellyKinetix Family.

To be honest, what inspired me to start my own business was knowing that that was likely the one way I could provide all the services I offer under one roof within my own parameters.

I used the time working for others to see what works, what doesn't work, and then come up with something that works for me. Even when I went out on my own, what worked for me wasn't fully developed. It took some years still to figure that out. Now I have it figured out, and it is an amazing feeling!

Also, I am a leader. Though when I was a kid and went to Brownies, Guides and Pathfinders and was at camp and pulled aside and told that I need to be more of a leader, it angered me because what adult can tell me to be a leader if I am not ready to be a leader? Perhaps I had a natural inclination towards that, but it really wasn't ready to come out at 12 years of age. Later on into my late twenties, early thirties it started to naturally come out.

There were many series of events that lead me to where I am today with KellyKinetix, and as soon as I became a trainer in 2011, I said, I will have my own company that I run full-time and I will service as many people in Toronto as I can. In 2020, that changed, now the vision is global.

As well, when I worked for the largest fitness company in Canada between 2011-2015, we had a chance to Mentor newer trainers. That's when I first realized I'd like to have a company with more than just me as the trainer.

Because of my nursing background, many prefer to train with me because of the extra medical background that I have.
I also provide a non-judgmental, inclusive, fun and community based online/in-person environment for clients that work with me. I understand the needs of women with various health conditions and am flexible with programming. No program with me is cookie cutter. Unless I have more than one client that are at similar fitness levels and abilities, everyone's workout programs are entirely different. I have through my own fitness journey as well as ups and downs from 2011 until now, so can totally empathize with people and their different situations. I have a great sense of humour! I choose other trainers to work with me at KellyKinetix that fit with the culture and community that I have developed.

Yes, at this time, I prefer to provide services online via zoom as far as clients and classes go. If anything is in person, you will know once you enter the KellyKinetix community.

We start with a free discovery call online via zoom 30 min
Continue on to a consultation online ($85+tax = $96.05) via zoom 60-90 min
Move on to group classes, personal training or both

Services

In-person personal training is not currently available due to scheduling logistics. Virtual training through Zoom available.

Our mission is to provide each client with a personalized approach to their goals for health and fitness.

After a free discovery call to see if we are a great fit to work together we move onto a health and fitness assessment which allows us to set a periodized plan for your success. Each session is 1 hour in length.

Generally clients will spend 5-10 minutes before their session to warm up. The first few sessions will be on of our trainers teaching the warm up routine to you until we know you can do it well on your own.

Whatever fitness level you are at, we will start you with full body workouts, which will progress and evolve over time. We use a graduated exercise method so that whatever we give people to do is appropriate for their individual situation. We provide solid guidance, as well as a fun and encouraging environment for you to achieve your best. If cardio is needed for your overall goal, this is something we will go over with you.

Basic Nutritional Guidance is provided in your overall package price.

When you are confident, the sky has no limit to what you can achieve! We will help you to be as successful in reaching your goals!

Currently, we have 2 amazing female trainers (Michela and Emily) who can work with you 1 on 1 online.

If you live in Toronto/GTA and are looking for an in person trainer, we are currently hiring and will have someone very soon!

In-person personal training is not currently available due to scheduling logistics. Virtual training through Zoom available. Semi-Private & Small Group Training for 2 or more with similar goals.
