Personal Trainers

I love, love, love working out with Maddison. This is the best decision I ever made. She is the best trainer I could have asked for. Maddison is a total pro. She's very personable, making the workout experience comfortable while at the same time is professional and courteous. She speaks and trains from experience and it quickly became clear to me that the workout is not generic - she truly works WITH you to create a fitness routine that will be successful. You have her full and complete attention while you're working out, as she ensures proper form while explaining how to move correctly and which muscles should be firing. As someone with a knee injury (torn ACL and arthritis) I was grateful for, and impressed by, her ability to modify the workouts to protect my knee, while not compromising on the difficulty level. As a result, my legs are stronger than I've been able to get them on my own. Maddison pays attention to who you are and where you're at and if you're willing, she will know when and how to push you to the next level. over the years I've worked with many different trainers, but by far Maddison is the best! when looking for a trainer I wanted to make sure that person understood my goals, my body and to push me when I feel like making 100 excuses to call it quits. I met with Maddie for the first consultant and I felt like she was totally down to earth. having someone who feels more like a friend than trainer is amazing! she's also been very helpful with any nutrition questions that I have. she makes working out enjoyable and doesn't make it feel like a burden. I never liked working out. I was always too tired and too lazy by the end of the day to get to the gym let alone actually work out. And eating healthy did not come naturally to me. Maddison helped me ease my way in to working out and eating a balanced diet. She went at the pace that I was comfortable and before I even knew it I was looking and feeling so much better. Maddison pushed me slowly to do more and more and to push myself to new limits. It was so much more enjoyable than I had ever imagined. When I first met Maddisson I was, self-conscious, hesitant to train in a gym, anxious and stressed out about life. Some might say it’s a mid-twenties crisis! This all quickly turned around as we formed a dynamic, professional relationship in an environment that once again became a safe, exciting place to be (what a relief!). Unlike most cookie-cutter workout plans, Maddison tailors her workout plans with innovative exercises and motivates her clients to be their strongest and best selves. The workouts were challenging, but not impossible (you better be ready to work!), and super enjoyable! Every session brought something new, which I was super excited to experience. I’ll definitely be referring GymBug fitness to my friends and coworkers. Maddy is such an incredible and motivating person. She happened to be my base partner when it was my first time cheering for an Alstar team which was my first time ever cheering in general. Her positive attitude, encouraging words, and mass amount of dedication were extremely uplifting. I've known Maddison for 5 years and when I heard she was starting to train, I jumped at the opportunity to work with her. We do not only focus on working out/moving your body but also NUTRITION. We don't call it a diet because you will never feel restricted and still be able to eat what you love.
Depending on your individual goal we would come up with a plan together, post assessment based on the information we gather. This way we see your starting point and get you exactly where you want to be!

Consistency, Accountability and Sustainability.
1. You need to be consistent in what you do to see results it wont happen over night.
2. You need someone to hold you accountable in the process and help guide you (aka a coach)
3. You need to be able to stick to the plan. If you can't it is not sustainable for you. No low cal diets, no no carb diets, no keto.

Helping people reach their goals in a way they thought was never possible before. I love teach people new things about health and fitness and taking care of their bodies. Giving you the tools to take care of yourself for years to come.

My first PT job was in a box gym and all they cared about was filling up my schedules with clients and didn't actually care about the results. I want to be able to work with hardworking, like minded people that want to make a change.
Be able to focus on each individual client and give them the attention they need and not just punch in hours. I love seeing the changes and helping people take care of themselves in the long run :) So rewarding.

I have a lot of experience in PT and I am here for you 24/7 if you have any questions. I create such a relationship with my clients we become friends for life. I listen to your likes and dislikes and know when to push you and when to back off. It's all about the effort we both but in to the program. I am here for you to help you become the best version of yourself you can be. Let's do this already!

Yes. Since the COVID-19 restrictions I am offering virtual 1 on 1 or group training via zoom.
Each session is 1 hour and price depends on the package you choose.
We use any equipment you have available. If you don't no problem we don't need it!
My clients can prove to you, you don't need equipment to see results.

I am only offering online services right now. No in home or in gym training at this time.
