Consistency and small changes. The more consistent you can stay with your training and healthy eating habits the better. A not as good plan followed consistently is better than a great plan that you don't follow. Everyone slips, especially with big changes and strict diet restrictions. So if you make small changes and turn them into habits. Then slowly over time you will be where you want to be looking and feeling healthy and happy.

Before COVID I ran my own martial arts club which I had to close. Before re-opening I started to do private lessons with some members. I really enjoyed getting to know and help them achieve their goals and continue to work with them. So I decided to focus on the private training instead of re-opening.

Unfortunately no. To ensure that you are learning proper technique it is better that I am in front of you making adjustments. But I can travel to you for the training sessions to make the workouts easier and more convenient.
