What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. It is all about CONSISTENCY. There will be good days and bad days. The key is to stick to the plan and never quit.

Seeing clients achieve their fitness goals. That is the most rewarding experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am independent and a natural born leader. Hence i have been self employed since age 25.
