Things are going brilliantly so far! Chris is a very kind but firm trainer who we get on wonderfully with - he's always welcome at our home and makes us feel so comfortable at the gym. He pushes us further than we thought possible and we're both seeing exactly the results we were hoping for. Absolutely super trainer!

Not that busy so can always get full work out done. Loads of weight benches which is really handy. Tons of cardio machines means you won't have to wait for these either. Could benefit from a few more squat racks but then which gym couldn't? All in all a good gym for a good price. Great location next to the motorway as well and can use the gym by same name in town for 2 extra a month which comes in really handy

Had the most amazing time on both workshops recently: (Feb 18) Adult Beginners Ballet & (Feb 25) Intensive Adult Ballet Day! I must admit i was very nervous as this was my first ballet workshop. In the end, i greatly enjoyed the whole learning experience. Met a lot of lovely & friendly dance students; plus, (ballet instructor) Daisuke is simply brilliant! I loved his teaching method pace and the way he gives equal support & attention to each student in the ballet workshop. I definitely learned a lot (and greatly enjoyed my very first proper pointe class too)! Another good thing is that Daisuke replies promptly whenever you have enquiries (either via online or text). Looking forward to signing up for more of his upcoming ballet workshops!

Adrenalize fitness was founded for 1 simple reason. To create an execute the most effective Personal Training model in South Wales. Quite simply put I am evangelical in my dedication to constantly improve my service and remain at the forefront of my industry. I have active accounts on Facebook and Instagram under “adrenalize fitness” and as you can tell from these accounts I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness. As with all my clients, I will leave no stone unturned to get you to smash your goals. I am unique as in I was the walk and talk the talk. After all if I cant train myself then who could I train?? The fulfilment I get even now after 15 years + in Personal Training when clients smash their goals is something to treasure. Whether that be an elite sportsman, house wife or someone looking to increase general fitness. I genuinely believe that anyone can effect positive change if they put their minds to it, I’m living proof. With the experience I’ll bring, ill provide all the tools and motivation to get you your results. I will move heaven and earth to get you your results
Every client is different, and every client has different goals, different postural make ups etc so I use a wide variety of training methods. Training methods could be bodybuilding, sports specific, circuit based , or a combination of the above all in conjunction with a bespoke diet plan or calorie counting/flexible dieting plan.
There’s no secret, I tell my clients Work hard, be consistent, have patienceand unfortunately sacrifices will have to be made in order to get the body of your dreams. I’m
Not going to lie to people and say the road ahead will be easy, there will be ups and downs but you will get results with consistency, hard work and if you really really want it that bad you will work for it and achieve success
The reward when a client not only reaches their goals but smashes their goal! Currently I have a female client who is 8 stone down and counting, this lady in question cried the first time she met me as she was so unhappy and now she’s on top of the world and loving life. This to me is why I love my job.
I’d been in the industry for 15 years and I’d worked my way up from Nuffield health, David lloyds, DW express previously known as Mifit where I became a self employed trainer. From there I have worked from peoples homes, 2 top quality gyms in Cardiff and I also use the great outdoors when we eventually have sun in Cardiff. It was always my dream back when I first started to run my own business and at the moment I am living my dream.
Results! Results! Results! 15 + year’s experience in the industry and I know all the shortcuts to success. I have a proven track record of success not only with clients but I also have been though my own weight loss journey. I would like to say I am personable and my attention to detail is 2nd to none. I will provide all the tools and motivation for you to succeed and smash your goals! I will leave no stone unturned and will move heaven and earth for you to reach and Smash your goals.
I only want to take on clients that are serious about getting results!
No time wasters please
Should I work out every day of the week?
It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!
Where can I have my personal training sessions?
Pretty much anywhere! The great thing about personal training is that it’s flexible - as long as you have the necessary equipment, you and your instructor can decide to have your sessions from the gym, your home, the park, or even your office if you want to!
Does my fitness instructor need to know anything about me?
Yes! First of all, they will chat with you about your goals, and discuss the best way to achieve them. They should also ask you to fill in a consent form to check that you don’t have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact your exercise. They’ll also carry out a health assessment to get a better idea of your current fitness level, tailoring your workout plan around that.
What does a standard personal training session involve?
It's tricky to say, as personal training sessions vary significantly depending on what you want to achieve and the type of workout. Generally, one personal training session tends to last forty-five minutes to one hour. It will start with a gentle warm-up, followed by the nitty-gritty of the actual workout, with stretches to end the session. Remember, warming up and stretching is essential for injury prevention - it’s just as important as the main part of the workout!
What qualifications should a personal trainer have?
A personal trainer needs to be clued up on all aspects of fitness, from the most effective exercise techniques to nutrition and human anatomy- that’s a lot of responsibility! You need to make sure your professional is suitably qualified for the job. After all, you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to investing in your health. Make sure your trainer has the minimum qualifications required to practice. In the UK, this is the Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
Can I get a Personal Trainer online?
Absolutely! Online personal training has become increasingly popular as more people are looking to maintain their fitness during lockdowns and gyms closing. As long as you and your personal trainer have a strong internet connection and a device to stream on like a laptop, tablet or smartphone, there's no reason why your session can't be delivered remotely.
