He has managed to balance being supportive and understanding when I needed it with giving me a telling off when it was time to get back on track. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client is different and tailoring their workout plan and nutrition plans to them is the key. A lot of diets fail because they are trying to appeal to a huge number of people with completely different eating habits and body shapes. It's important to see every client has an individual.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people. It can be difficult for people who have challenges in their day to day lives to make time for their own health. My job is to highlight these and help them improve not just their fitness but their overall health including their mobility and potential pain or muscle tightness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being self employed gave me the freedom to help people in whatever way they needed.
