I LOVE training with Marc he has a great balance of pushing me and knowing when to ease off. I’m so busy that I know I¹d never train if Marc wasn’t there waiting for me at the crack of dawn with a big smile ready to go. During the school holidays he even managed to give the kids exercises so that I could train whilst looking after all 4 of them.

I look forward to all my training sessions with Marc, not only does he constantly change my sessions to keep things interesting, he motivates and encourages me to work harder and keep improving. Marc has an extensive knowledge of exercise, anatomy and nutrition which he combines to deliver great workouts.The results Marc has helped me achieve speak for themselves, I am stronger, leaner, more toned and I have transformed my diet. Marc makes it easy for me to train by coming to my house, being flexible with his schedule and above all he's a really nice guy. I highly recommend Pro Train. I started with Marc with zero fitness and the only exercise I did was walking the dog. Within a few months I was cycling 100km in one day and feeling fantastic! Marc is professional, empathetic and and friendly. He has the ability to make you feel that you are doing well, as well as enabling you to push yourself for that extra ounce of fitness. I have been trained by Marc for 5 months, I lost 1 stone and my waistline reduced by 6 inches. The body shape has changed dramatically, my fitness has never been such a top form. He is a brilliant personal trainer, very easy to get on with, very professional, thoughtful and creative. Marc also designed menu for my diet along side the exercise which works really well and help to deliver the result faster. I strongly recommend Marc for anyone looking for personal training. More...

Marc is a great trainer. He has got me fit, helped me train for 10k races, and built up stamina and strength. He is not only a great guy, and very easy to work with, he has a lot of knowledge of the human body and nutrition etc, so he is able to have a holistic approach to health and fitness. I have been training with Marc from Pro Train for the past 10 weeks and already the benefits have been amazing! I considered myself fairly fit but was stuck in a rut with my running and weight loss. After discussing with me what my personal goals were, Marc has worked with me to achieve them in an extremely motivational way! The sessions are brilliant value for money, whether working inside his own gym or outside in the park they are always great fun and he manages to push you to your limits and beyond with his encouragement.

I would highly recommend Marc from Pro Train to anybody considering a personal trainer, whether for fitness, nutrition or Biomechanics, his knowledge is extensive!

If you want to lose weight and get fit the proper way, you need to speak to Marc Piper about personal training. Having three young children and running my own business meant that I found lots of excuses not to get back in shape. I have tried all of the lose weight quick diets with instant success (for a couple of weeks) followed by instant failure (for the next few months). After 10 sessions with Marc, I doubled my fitness level, lost 18lbs and reduced my body fat by 8%. Marc’s nutritional advice and motivational skills get the best out of you which sets you up for the long term. Having his own private gym also means you can do a variety of great exercises and sessions without feeling self-conscious or getting distracted.

We have being training with Pro Train for 6 months. Marc trains us in a mutli-sex, multi-ability group of middle aged people trying to do something vaguely healthy! He does a great job in keeping us as fit as possible in two sessions a week.....and he even manages to convince us that we enjoy it. Marc uses a lot of creativity in varying the routines combined with scientific knowledge to progress overall fitness. A fantastic service! More...

"I never really liked working out as it was extremely difficult to get motivated. Having a gym membership didn't help as they are always crowded and can be very unmotivating. After signing up with Pro Train I have a very different attitude toward exercising. Now I can't get enough. I enjoy exercising and if I miss a day I can't wait to get back. The trainer is very professional, very motivating and because it's personal training I have seen very positive, fast results.
