I draw a clear line of what it should be done in order to achieve your goal. whether it is weight loss/gain, toning up, you will receive a lot of support and motivation from me so that you are reminded of your goals at all times.

there is no magic formula, you need a right mindset, willing to change and a right guide. start doing and move forward. you will achieve bit by bit

What do you love most about your job?

watching client gradually believe that they can do it! at first they are frustrated, tired. usually, once they start they doubt themselves but when they see small changes in their body and all of the sudden they want more, this leave me amazed how powerful it is helping them regain their confidence. it is priceless and that's why I don't consider personal training as a job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was always into sport and fitness, I started boxing when I was 14 and I used to help my class mates to learn boxing.
I am always willing to help others achieving their fitness goals. this is what I do and helping and giving has always been inspiring me to do more.
financially and emotionally it is rewarding to be a self employed personal trainer.

I offer hybrid training which is a semi online training if you like. I see clients in the gym, tailor them their workouts and nutrition on my app which is a great tool to track their progress, login their food and tracking their calories.
I do offer regular support through whatsapp, texts, email and or face to face in the gym.
