Jack has been coaching me for just over 10 weeks now and the resulting increase to my energy, flexibility and stamina has exceeded expectations. Jack Stafford is a most extraordinary personal trainer: He is incredibly thoughtful when creating detailed programs based on his trainees’ bespoke goals (eg for my autistic son who has very particular physical and communication needs). His friendly enthusiasm and constant dedication to achieving desired results makes his training both fun and effective. My son made tremendous progress under Jack’s focused guidance. Top Trainer. I have been training with Jack as my PT for two years. He is great at planning sessions in a progression so you can both cope with the load, and see improvements. He pays great attention to form and technique which allowed me to have better mobility and execution of moves. I also find him knowledgeable about diet, injury reduction, and positive mental energy. He is a good motivator….. not too much, not to little. You will enjoy his company, conversation and attention to detail. You will definitely make progress if you work with Jack. I first came across Jack during the first lockdown. He started doing live hiit workouts on Instagram. Id lost a lot of fitness owing to the gyms being closed and having covid. I was looking for a way to feel some kind of normal. Jack’s passion and commitment was apparent from the very first work out. He gave words of encouragement and inspiration which motivated me to push through to the very end. Once they were reopen I discovered he was a PT at my gym. I booked some sessions with him to get me back on track. I can not thank him enough for the difference he made to me. I lost 15 years off my metabolic age( not bad for an over 60 )He knew exactly what I needed to get me where I wanted to be. He pushed me. He challenged me. Jack is a super friendly and supportive PT! He has made exercise into something fun that I look forward to. He manages to create workout sessions that are challenging without being insurmountable. He is also able to adapt workouts to suit my ability and personal goals. Since I have started working out with Jack, I have seen many positive physical changes in my body, as well as my improvements to my mentality regarding health and fitness. I am currently the strongest I have ever been, mentally and physically.

Jack is a kind, innovative and extraordinarily patient personal trainer. I can be impatient with my progress or lose motivation, and Jack persisted with me. What more can you ask for? He advised me on nutrition and got me re-thinking how to exercise. Notably, his compassion and understanding of how exercise can help with depression, stress and anxiety was so important for me. Following a career path that I am passionate about after fighting a battle with mental health issues for years allowed me to discover my purpose and what I enjoy the most. Thriving within an environment where I get to make a difference to people's lives whilst doing something I truly enjoy is what inspired me to become a fitness coach/personal trainer.

As a fitness coach, we are not the right fit for everyone. However, upon getting to initially know the individual, we can see if we would be a great fit in working together to get to the client's fitness goal. For those I do work with, I genuinely care about being involved in the journey with my clients. It is a 2 way relationship, what I give in terms of knowledge and support I expect back in the client wanting to get to their fitness goal by being accountable and not making excuses. I enjoy working with those who want it the most. Those who work with me describe me as 'firm but fair', I am an empathetic person and I understand life's barriers that can get in the way but I do not accept excuses that we tell ourselves which prevent us from making progress.

Yes, I offer Online Coaching as a separate service. I help people who are low in confidence, out of shape and have a negative mindset completely transform their lives physically and mentally.

Wearing a face mask throughout the sessions.
Gloves are worn so handling of equipment is dealt without personal contact from me throughout the day/week.
Cleaning the resistance bands and mats at the end of each day so there is no cross contamination throughout the week.

Face to Face Personal Training

• 1 hour or 45 minute sessions

• Incorporating resistance bands and utilising bodyweight for effective workouts outside the gym.

• Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Flexibility and Mobility Training


I help young men aged 20-30 overcome low sense of self worth to beaming confidence and a positive view of themselves without therapy through re-programming the mind.

Boxing pad work with clients who enjoy boxing training and incorporating it into circuits.
