I have never found a studio and team as inspiring, welcoming and encouraging as Fit & Food.

The studio itself is the most beautiful environment - so much natural daylight, fresh air, excellent equipment and never overcrowded.

The PTs are all so wonderful, they are truly experts in their field and guide you so professionally on your fitness journey whilst making it fun along the way.

The best personal training and classes in Chiswick for sure!

I really love working as a personal trainer, I will get to know you and train you as an individual and support you in anyway that I can. I am personable, fun and enthusiastic and truly care for both your physical form and mental wellbeing. I strive to ensure you come to train and LOVE it, rather than see it as a chore/must do!

We offer Personal Training online as well as from our studio.
Some of our classes are available online via Zoom (please refer to timetable) and we have a full range of recordings available via our Bsport platform.

All equipment is fully cleaned after each client.
Regular washing of hands.
Social distancing where possible.

Gemma McGuinness is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) who also holds a BSc Food & Nutrition, and a Postgraduate MSc Sports and Exercise Nutrition (SENr),

Gemma is a performance nutritionist at daveynutrition, who has a passion for helping others implement and experience the power of good nutrition habits to fuel a high performing lifestyle.

She has experience in 1-1 nutrition coaching, performance nutrition for team sport athletes and corporate wellness talks.

Gemma has competed in several European tournaments as a former Irish International soccer player, has represented Ireland in the world University games in Italy and currently plays for Sligo Rovers Women's National League team in Ireland.

Her experience working with clients has led Gemma to recognise the true importance of building strong foundations and creating a plan that’s personalised and reflected on regularly. So, whether your goal is weight management, increasing energy or to boost sporting performance, Gemma will help you achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way at Fit & Food.

All our online workouts are available to purchase as individual links or a group bundle so you can watch and follow them on-demand at a more convenient time for you.

Jade Rodham
Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
A local, leading specialist in the field of Women's Pelvic Health, Jade Rodham has a passion for helping individuals feel good, particularly women.

With seven years experience as a registered Physiotherapist, four of those specialising in Women's Health, and over 20 years as a Personal Trainer, Jade is truly able to provide specialist support, assessment, training and education for all of her clients.

Jade has three beautiful children of her own, so understands the demands of pregnancy on the female body, in both the immediate and the long term.

In addition, being in the transitional stage of peri menopause herself, you can feel confident that she will help you be the best version of yourself, whatever your stage of life.

Jade is available to see patients on a Tuesday and Wednesday at our beautiful consultation room at the Fit & Food Studio.
