I’ve had the pleasure of training with Zishan as a student and being trained by Zish as his student. He’s super motivated and knowledgeable and has a great combination of understanding and being able to push you a little further than you thought you could go . . which is what I needed as a student. I enjoyed all my sessions and sadly moved out of the area but when I’m visiting family I try to squeeze a session in. Highly recommend to help you reach your fitness goals - Thanks More...

I had years of great work outs with Zish, I started at the bottom and he tailored the sessions perfectly. I ended up super fit and healthy. We did loads of weight training,cardio and kick boxing. If I can do it anyone can. More...

I trained with Zishan for a few years before moving out of the area. Not only did I get fit, lose weight, and learn new skills. But crucially I genuinely started to look forward to these sessions and totally appreciate what I got out of them. This was a massive transformation for me. If you have an interest in the fitness, conditioning and psychological benefits of Kickboxing but do not want to spar or simply aren't interested in the "fighting" side of things we offer a "non-contact" option.

- Burn between 800 - 1,000 calories per hour hour, depending on individual metabolic rate, through steadily progressive groundwork and drills.

- Pad-work to improve whole body strength and tone without bulking. (Buying own boxing gloves is recommended for hygiene purposes)

- Footwork to improve co-ordination, balance and timing. Improve your posture and core conditioning by moving and dodging like a fighter.

- Confidence building through gaining control over your body and how it moves.

- Whether its anger or anxiety, there is no better stress relief then hitting the pads within a controlled and safe environment. Over time you gain more control over anxiety, depression and anger.
