What inspired you to start your own business?

We met at university where we studied Physical Education. From here Paige gained her Masters in Sport & Exercise Psychology, with Tom looking to complete his Masters in Sport & Exercise Nutrition. Together we believe we have the skills to provide a high quality holistic approach to health fitness and wellbeing, something we know you would benefit from.
