At Hero Fitness, clients get a perfect alternative to CrossFit. Focusing on creative workouts and help reaching desired health a d fitbess goals, our instructors offer a variety of fitness classes designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and tone muscles.
We offer group training with a personal approach to modify any exercise, even having you do your own workout if you aren't ready for the scheduled workout. Some days are focused on weight training and other days focus around completing a workout as a team. Our class sizes are often smaller so that you never get lost in the crowd or feel out of place.
We offer personal training. Dale is the Lead Personal Trainer. He is a great trainer for beginners and those that have been working out but are ready to target specific areas. He is a Certified Mastet Level Personal Trainer. We also cater to the active seniors who want to become healthier and increase their quality of life with their loved ones.
