We offer personal training. Dale is the Lead Personal Trainer. He is a great trainer for beginners and those that have been working out but are ready to target specific areas. He is a Certified Mastet Level Personal Trainer. We also cater to the active seniors who want to become healthier and increase their quality of life with their loved ones.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no "Secret." Forget the promises of pills, no work, eat whatever you want nutrition and fitness plans. It's all about marketing.

If you are willing to work or LEARN how to work hard for a short period of time then you can get the body of your dreams. How fast or slow depends on how much you invest in yourself.

One of our must successful clients actually sent us the following email about people asking her "What is her secret."

"It is AMAZING to me how many people don't want to put in the work at the gym! I've had several people in the last few days notice that I've lost weight and ask what my secret is. My response to all of them is the same "it is no secret. i go to the gym 5, sometimes 6 times a week and i watch what i eat." all of them want some quick fix or pill! one even said "oh. we'll i'm not going to actually WORK for it." What do you love most about your job?

"I love being able to have the proverbial front row seat to seeing my clients physically change. What I love most about what I do is less about the physicality I am able to bring out of my trainee and ore about shedding the thick layer of doubt they come with. I am fortunate enough to understand how to create confidence with every session by means of positive reinforcement and strategically placed reward."- Dale Turner

What inspired you to start your own business?

We wanted to take this space to give you more information about us as trainers and the types of clients we train.

Here are a few of the clients we have trained:
We have trained 2 clients to do their first Spartan Race and they finished in the top 16% of women for the day
We have trained 2 marathon runners. One increased her half marathon time by 10 minutes and another one is building her endurance for the Disney Marathon
We have trained 1 active senior who after one month of weight training with us, went on a 9 mile hike and said his knees didn't ache at all the next day when for years they have been after a strenuous hike.
We have trained 1 person with a thyroid issues to lose 30lbs since May 2017 and is only 11 pounds away from her big milestone goal.
We have trained 3 women who work in high pressure corporate jobs to lose 18lbs, 5lbs, and 10lbs during their time with us.
