I continue to make Great progress with Mona. In three months I have doubled the amount of weight, increased my flexibility significantly.
I think the biggest advance is that before I started I could not get off the floor without holding onto to something. I can now stand straight up off the floor without any assistance.
Mona is a professional , very flexible about scheduling PT and has a great attitude.

I've worked with many trainers in the past and without hesitation I can say Mona is the best of the best. She knows anatomy, correct body mechanics & postural alignment like no one I've worked with before and she understands the nuances of those attributes to achieve desired results.
She holds you accountable to push your own limits and suggests great tips & tricks to reach your goals. Im 67 and retired for 4 years as a managerial desk job. I have arthritic knees and was 35lbs over weight and getting out of breath walking up a few flights of stairs.
The thought of a gym didn’t appeal to me so with some research online, I found Mona.
I was very pleased with her knowledge and attention to detail. She spent first few weeks assessing my abilities and limits to devise a plan which I really appreciated. After only 3 month I have lost 15 lbs and 2 inches off waist. I am able to reach my shoe laces and my knees are in much better condition due to the weight loss and Mona working key lower body muscles to give me proper support for my knees. We now wet new goals and are working towards them, signing up for another 6 months. Highly recommend Mona to anyone!"

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
good diet might be the most important step towards getting a perfect body, but you also must hit the gym! A mixture of cardio and weight training will give you those lean muscles and make you feel strong and fit.
What do you love most about your job?
As a trainer, I understand how the body moves and why. I will continuously learn more and expand my knowledge of the body and biomechanics to help me make the best plan for my client to get specific results or reach their fitness goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The main inspiration for starting my own business is my entrepreneurial spirit. There are also successful people whom I admired in my lifetime. A history of entrepreneurs in my family has been a major influence and I have a strong desire to succeed for a purpose much bigger than myself
