What inspired you to start your own business?
We are a group of highly skilled and passionate personal trainers who opened our fitness studio to serve our clients in a well-equipped, spacious, safe and secure environment as an alternative to over-crowded gyms.

Our trainers have decades of experience, in depth education, and professional accreditations in exercise and fitness fields. They use the last innovations and proven techniques and strategies to design a training program to meet your health, wellness, fitness, and performance goals. Our trainers work all ages and abilities.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our personal trainers wear masks, our spacious facility allows for social distancing, we clean and sanitize all equipment and accessories before, during, and after training. Our facility is professional cleaned and monitored for client safety and security.

Nutrition and Health Coaching
Our Nutrition and Health Coaches partners with their clients to surpass their weight loss, wellness, health, and fitness goals. Our coaches
offer personalized monthly subscription services to educate clients on weight management, share sound nutritional guidance, create personalized wellness plans, develop personalized strategies to achieve optimal health through food, and support and motivate each client to develop positive food habits and wellness behaviors. Each client has the option for in-person coaching sessions at Your Personal Best Fitness Studio in Mooresville and also remote/online coaching.
Athletic Performance Training
We offer sport-specific training and development for athletes of all ages and abilities. Our year round programming addresses the athletic needs, physical demands, and injury prevention for training each athlete during pre-season, in-season, post-season, and off-season to increase sports performance in the areas of strength, power, stability, speed, conditioning, balance, mobility, flexibility and mental acuity. We combine physical training, healthy lifestyle coaching, motivational guidance, and positive mindset enrichment to develop each athlete to reach his or her fullest potential as an All-Around Athlete. Our 1 on 1 Personal Training is offered at Your Personal Best Fitness Studio in Mooresville. We provide individualized programming and attention based on each athlete’s strengths, deficits, and performance goals.
