What inspired you to start your own business?

I went through some pretty bad experiences as a child. I use to have severe anxiety issues, battled depression, and low self-esteem. It has been my passion for health and fitness that has helped me battle through to a much better place. I want people to have the same life-changing opportunity that I did form learning how to eat healthily and get in really great shape
