We are a small intimate studio consisting of 4 Professional Trainers specializing in anything from first time gym goers to elite athletes. We also have years of experience helping those with limitations, autoimmune disorders, as well as those coming back from injuries and increase their quality of life. Regardless of your needs we will tailor a program just for you!

If you are an endurance athlete, you need to check this place out. Here's my story: I'm a half marathoner and wanted to get stronger, leaner, and faster. And all of that has been realized many times over. That's 100% due to the trainers at Fit 2 Function. Within the first year of working with Adam, I was able to achieve my first sub-2 hour half marathon. Adam helped me incorporate appropriate strength training and a little speedwork. I decided to level up in 2019, and Stephanie wrote my training plan for my spring races. Having never done a structured plan before, it was a little nerve racking to let someone else decide how I was going to run each day, but it DEFINITELY paid off. In one training cycle, I shaved FIVE MINUTES off my half marathon and almost 30 seconds off my per-mile pace. In fact, I beat my goal time by more than 2 minutes. I mean...WHO DOES THAT? Stephanie's plan and one-on-one coaching played a HUGE role in that victory. She took the time to get to know me, build my strengths and help me where I needed it. I started working with Adam and Stephanie in September. I started with 2 sessions/week with lots of physical limitations. I love that they listened about my bad knees and back problems and found work arounds and modifications that make it easy for me to get stronger and see progress . I'm still doing the personal training 2 times/week, but have added 2 group classes each week and home work outs the rest of the days. I've also started changing the way I eat and have learned a lot about nutrition and why the 2 go hand in hand. Adam and Stephanie support me and encourage me every step of the way. Two years ago I started training with Adam I never could have imagined how much my life would have changed after that day! I went with the goal of losing some weight and just feeling fitter and better. I had bad migraines for years which stopped me from working out much as every time I exercised migraines would come. I am very happy to say that I haven’t had a migraine for nearly two years now and am off the meds I was on to prevent. This new lifestyle is not just about losing weight it’s so much more!! I now consider myself a runner and a cyclist which I never thought I would be and actually enjoy. I love the weight/strength training I do with Adam and am now down 35 pounds and around 30 inches. I was the person who hated looking at herself in pictures, knew she needed to lose weight, had HORRIBLE eating habits but was missing the motivation to truly do something about it. That all changed when I started training with Adam. I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew he would provide the motivation I lacked. In the month that I've been with him, I lost 7 lbs, am more conscious of what I am eating, have newfound energy, am sleeping better and feel myself slowly getting the athleticism that I used to have back!!!! I trained with Adam 2x a week for a year and lost almost 100 lbs and 10 dress sizes. Granted, Adam didn't do the work for me. I did have to commit and do the work and show up regularly, but with Adam coaching me and his words of encouragement I was successful. I have tried other programs and other trainers and nothing stuck. Adam's energy and caring made it worth winning! What did I do on the days I wasn't training with Adam? I was doing workouts he had written for me to do on my own. No more guessing what to do on my own time. Adam provided me knowledge of food and nutrition as well. It wasn't all about the workout. I started working with Fit 2 Function in September 2017. I'm a half marathoner and was looking for a personal approach to getting stronger, leaner, and faster.
And all of that has happened. I've run two half marathons since starting with F2F, and crushed PRs at both of them. My next goal is a sub-2 half...something I really didn't believe I could ever do (not a born athlete), but now it's so close I can taste it!
The nutrition counseling I've received has been great--I've cleaned up my diet and I've never felt better.
The best part is I'm finally feeling like I am physically and mentally the person I am supposed to be. And when I have bad days, I have a great community to help me get back up again.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We help our clients by creating a specialized program fit to their needs. We do this by offering two free sessions upon sign-up... These sessions are to get to them personally in a one-on-one consultation then get to know where they are physically in a detailed assessment. This will give us all of the information needed to set them up for success!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is different for everyone! Fitness is not a "one size fits all' type of scenario. What works for one person does not necessarily work for everyone. Let us help you find what works best for you, the individual!

Helping someone better their health and add years on their life is the most rewarding job anyone can ask for. We do this everyday!

I advise clients to meet with several Personal Trainers before picking one. We work with clients on a very personal level and someone really has to trust their trainer to take the advice they are giving.
