Bootcamp at the beach!  What could be better than that?  Meghan and Mychael are both amazing trainers.  I've been working out with Mychael for probably 3 or 4 years now and Meghan for the last couple of months.  I don't know how many gyms I've joined in the past, gone for a month and then could never motivate myself to continue.  But outdoor bootcamp works for me.  And the results are waaaaaay better than gym workouts - because they are crossfit and designed by great trainers.  It's like having a personal trainer every workout but not at personal trainer prices.  I like it early in the morning because it's cooler, less traffic, and then you get it out of the way and you feel great!  LOVE LOVE LOVE this bootcamp! A healthy diet is imperative if you want to be healthy and feel great. There is no way to "out train" a bad diet, and I know from experience! However, nutrition is an ofter overlooked aspect of coaching.
As a Precision Nutrition Certified coach, I have adopted the concept of teaching people how to eat healthier. Instead of only creating a meal plan for a client to follow, we instead focus on creating new healthy eating habits...and gradually over time as to not feel overwhelmed. As one habit is picked up, another is introduced. This way, there are no drastic changes, but there are very real habits being created that will last a lifetime.

It's a compete program incorporating knowledge, motivation, nutrition, exercise and coaching.

By helping educate them on how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Helping them gradually create healthy habits they can stick with throughout their life.

Nutrition; helping them learn how to create small changes in diets that aren't extreme and they can stick to, making a huge impact.

Fitness; being active and building lean muscle (no, not huge or bulky) is key to burning calories and being in shape/healthy.

There is no real secret. We all know we need to workout more, eat less/healthier. The "secret" is finding the motivation and the desire to do those things.

My goal is to help you create your motivating goals, find your big "Why" to keep you motivated, and help coach you through the process; keeping you on track and excited when the times are good, and helping you get back on track when the times are bad.

Ultimately, it's the consistency and getting back on track when you fall off that will lead to you achieving your health goals.

Helping people achieve goals and bodies they didn't think were possible!

I saw the need for people to get this kind of help and advice. No one else is creating and entire program that will help teach people how to become healthier. Everyone else wants to focus on one aspect, training! And while fitness is an integral piece of the puzzle, there is so much more than needs to happen to be successful.
