What do you love most about your job?
I’m excited to work with my clients every day. I enjoy knowing I’m making a difference in your life. My greatest sense of accomplishment comes from empowering you to set goals – like losing a certain amount of weight, setting a deadlift goal, or getting up and down off the floor - and watching you reach them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At the beginning of Covid gyms were shutdown, but my clients still wanted to workout. I'd been wanting to start my own business and at the time had nothing to lose. I started training clients at parks and virtually and when gyms reopened started re-training in person as well.

I’m not a drill sergeant and I don’t believe in achieving success by tearing people down. I understand the courage it takes to start this journey, and I will be supporting you every step of the way.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The gym I work at is not your ordinary "gym", it's a private, membership-free, personal training facility. And safe! Not only do we wear masks & do temperature checks (trainers and clients), there's hand sanitizer, wipes and disinfectant sprays placed in every area as well as constant cleaning of all touched surfaces including the equipment, door handles, chairs, desks, etc

I can also recommend equipment that will make a difference to your workout, for less than $50.The first month includes:
