I’m a mom, a wife, and a business owner. I enjoy date nights with tacos and margaritas, family dinners with our 6 kids, weekends at the lake, and of course, working out! I believe in simple nutrition. No fat burners. No detoxes. No diet gimmicks. I lift weights 5 days a week. I lift as heavy as I can while keeping good form, and I keep cardio to a minimum.
