He helped me recover my strength and mobility and I could not be more grateful for everything he has taught me. He is extremely knowledgeable about how muscles interact and how different exercises help overcome weaknesses and explains everything, so I’ve learned not just proper form but how different exercises help. He’s a great teacher.
