How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through fun and exciting workouts! I use multiple different training methods such as volume, tempo, HIIT, and strength, just to name a few.

Dedication, perseverance, confidence, and patience. It takes time and will-power.

Seeing others achieve their goals and become happy with themselves
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I found exercise it vastly improved my mental health, self-esteem, and made my look great! I wanted to give others a similar experience.
Why should our clients choose you?
Very involved in exercise, to the point where I am even studying for my MS in Exercise Science from NEU. I also provide the motivation that you need to achieve your goals.

Yes I do online trainings currently with an app called Trainerize. I upload the workouts and check at the end of every week to track your progress and change anything that needs to be updated.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The gym I am based out of in Boston/Brighton has a mask policy and we throughly keep out equipment cleaned after every use. Can train at the gym I work at if looking for physical training.
