I take into account that life exists outside of the gym and promise to help you brainstorm ways that make reaching your fitness goals fit in with your current lifestyle. The workouts that my clients do are based around efficiency and fun. There's always a reason you're doing a certain exercise and I will get you laughing and having fun while you do it. Fitness doesn't have to be boring.

The secret to getting your dream body is building lifestyle habits that don't burn you out. This isn't the sexy answer you were looking for. I wish I could say it's by counting calories and hitting the gym everyday, but it's more than that. It's learning how to connect with your muscles, choosing food that fuels you, setting boundaries to ensure you actually get to the gym, and pushing through hard sh*t. It's not the sexy answer, but it is the one that will get you lifelong results that make you feel happy and confident in your body.

I love when clients come into a session a glimmer of joy in their eye and childlike excitement as they tell me a story about them being strong enough to do an activity that makes them happy

Growing up, I watched my moms health decline because she didn't know how to take care of her body. Random back pain, bad knees, and trouble catching her breathe kept her from taking long walks, playing sports with her friends, and keeping up with us kids. Because my moms body couldn't keep up with the activities that brought her joy, her confidence and her excitement for life faded slowly. Until it disappeared completely. It was a hard thing to watch.

As I got older I realized this was a common thing for adults. Their bodies can't keep up with what they love to do, they get sad, they lose their confidence.

I became a fitness professional and learned something that amazed and enraged me. Many of these ailments were totally preventable with proper strength training that focuses on building healthy joints, good posture, and a healthy heart.

This information isn't taught to us growing up. We're told that getting back pain is a part of aging and that we need to accept it as such. But, we don't. We can learn how to take care of our bodies and change that narrative. The younger we start, the better.

While it is too late to help my mom, it's not too late to help others. I started my business to teach people how to build strong muscles and healthy joints so that they can stay active for life and enjoy what brings them happiness.

Other trainers can get you results. Fast. You'll loose the weight quickly. You'll gain the muscle quickly. But, when you stop working with them... you will fall off the wagon. Why? Because they never taught you to stay fit on your own.

I take a different approach. Albiet slower, it is sustainable for a lifetime. I teach you what good form is. I teach you how to choose food that fuels you. How to overcome roadblocks that get in the way of going to the gym. How to build your own workout program. How to not quit when sh*t gets hard.

Fitness is a life long pursuit to stay active and healthy. I want to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to sustain it for life. While this method is not super profitable for me (lol), I do believe that knowledge and independence makes people more confident and happy. This is my part in creating a happier and healthier world.

Join me on zoom from the comfort of your own home for your training sessions. We will base your training sessions off of the equipment you have a on hand, no need to drop an unholy amount of money to get yourself started.

Sessions are 1 hour long and start at $85 per session

Prefer a more self lead program? Online training may be for you. Beth will send you an exercise program every 4 weeks via the TrainHeroic app. The app will have video demonstrations of all the exercises in your program to eliminate any guess work You'll have unlimited access to message your trainer about any questions you have or changes you want made to your program. You can even send in videos so Beth can check on your exercise form!
