Jason is a really great trainer and his training has had a huge impact on me. I used to have a lot of pain issues, but his programs has helped me to get rid of all pain.
In addition to becoming pain free, I am not in the best shape ever. I (think I) look lean and muscular now. I used to be a bit pudgy. I weight 15 pounds less than when we started and my muscles have definition.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I take all of my clients through FMS / SFMA screening to address their muscle imbalances. From there a build a program that addresses imbalances, mobility, flexibility, and other mechanical errors. I utilize state-of-the-art fitness technology and accountability. I conduct daily check-ins to monitor progress that aid in person sessions.

Build with functional movement patterns, then increase intensity gradually. Combine with a balanced nutrition.
