Amy is the best! I’ve been seeing Amy since June 2018 for strength training and run coaching— and I’m hooked. I really appreciate her whole person and mind/body approach. She goes above and beyond to teach and support me in every session, and helps me be accountable to my goals in between sessions. Since June I’ve seen improvements and results in my pace, strength, and mental fitness. I highly recommend Body By Amy!!!

Feed Your Soul Fitness is more than a gym - it's a community! I look forward to my 5:30am workouts because not only are the workouts AMAZING and the right kind-of challenge - but I love the people! I'm friends with people now. It's AWESOME! The personal coaching has been a game changer for me. Brandy is top notch when it comes to coaching and accountability. I recently had a baby and she is helping me get my body healthy again. She checks in daily. She shares recipe ideas. She is such a positive influence in my everyday life.
I HIGHLY recommend FYSF to anyone looking for a community of individuals that will help you be your best self and the total bonus is you feel healthy in ALL aspects of life! I've been a part of other "trendy" workouts and nothing compares to FYSF. It's truly the best in Colorado!

David and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I have a question response is immediate and thorough. The I.V. Treatments are great and noticeable results come right away. The facility is top notch with a miriad of trainers and coaches as well.
I’d recommend anyone serious about health, wellness, fitness and quality of life to contact ReLive.

Hi, my name is Nick. I am NSCA certified, was a collegiate athlete and I specialize in functional training and have been doing so for over 13 years. My experience varies from clinical settings assisting injured patients with tasks like re-learning proper movement in everyday tasks, to creating programs for competitive down-hill ski racers. This amazing blend has given me an extensive understanding of the human body providing results while limiting injury in a low-pressure, encouraging environment.

I’m an alpine skier with Loveland Ski Club (LSC) trying to reach my goals of becoming a Division 1 skier in college next year. LSC has had 4 different physical trainers in the 6 years that I have been with the club and without a doubt Nick has been the best and my personal favorite. I was stronger with him when I was 14 years old than 15 and 16 with a different trainer, and returning to him as a 17/18 year old, I’m stronger and performing better than ever. I’m a big fan.
Unbiasedly speaking, one aspect I’ll mention is his training style is a little different. He teaches the ‘latest and greatest in exercise science:’ Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) which is unique to a lot of other trainers. This style of training is appropriate for all ages and abilities; from recovering from an injury, to playing a professional sport. I even went on to write an AP Research paper about how FRCs are the most effective thing a high intensity athlete can do. Tangent aside, this style is not for someone who is close minded to taking time building a good foundation or someone who can’t be open minded to being slightly unconventional.
Nonetheless, I personally am Nicks biggest fan and I’ll be working as long as I possibly can because I know no one else has ever given me better results. If you’re unsure if Nick is the perfect fit for you please take a session to meet him, he’s one of the smartest and most passionate trainers I’ve ever met, and I’m sure you’ll see why I like him so much when you meet him. ;)

I've never been into working out, but since I've gone to the group personal training class I'm really enjoying it. Scott makes you feel welcome from the first time and makes sure you know everyone. He thinks he's really funny so it makes the time go by fast. I like that I can go at my own pace but am still continually challenged and leave with a great workout. Definitely recommend if you're looking to get fit, join a workout community and occasionally hear a good joke or two.

I love everything about CrossFit Train. Best part of my day is sweating with this amazing community of athletes. I’ve grown more as a person and athlete than I feel I ever did at a traditional gym. I never considered myself an athlete before CrossFit. You definitely earn the title - with blood, sweat and tears! It’s like home away from home for me.The coaches possess all qualities you would want. They’re funny, professional, and all-around badasses! They each have their own way of making it a fun experience while holding you accountable, pushing you, and ALWAYS being safe. The members are great, as well! I love the people I’ve met and friends I’ve made. It’s more than a workout, it’s an experience.Incredibly grateful I stumbled on CrossFit train. I hope you do too, it will change your life!
