The goal of Primal Aspects is to bring health and wellness through strength, mobility, natural movement, real food, and trusting support. These are the core fundamentals of human health and have been around for thousands of years. I will educate you on how to develop a daily movement practice in order to boost our one-on-one training and give you the motivation that is required to begin a new chapter.

By placing a high amount of effort in optimizing life outside the gym. We may only train 1 or 2 hours a week but my goal is to help you eat better, sleep better, move better, and think positively. Mindset is just as important as actual training and developing a healthy lifestyle is key.

Developing a true understanding and mind muscle connection with your body. When training becomes fun and you actually enjoy working, real results begin to appear.

Always learning new things from the people I work with. Even though I am the coach when it comes to training, some of my clients have taught me things I would have never gotten the chance to learn if I was not working with them.

I wanted to work alongside like minded individuals, better myself, and continually learn more about the human body through physical training.

Because my main goals are to improve overall health instead of focusing solely on muscle gain or fat loss. I also aim to improve long term awareness of peoples bodies so that they can take what we accomplish in our training with them for the rest of their lives.
