I had muscle weakness and joint pain issues, and the Full Potential Training method of controlled articular rotations has helped me far more than two courses of traditional physical therapy. My noticeable lurching limp has resolved, and I can walk without hip and ankle pain. Nick McKim is knowledgeable, honest, and a fun trainer. He adapts exercises to my ability. I’m an alpine skier with Loveland Ski Club (LSC) trying to reach my goals of becoming a Division 1 skier in college next year. LSC has had 4 different physical trainers in the 6 years that I have been with the club and without a doubt Nick has been the best and my personal favorite. I was stronger with him when I was 14 years old than 15 and 16 with a different trainer, and returning to him as a 17/18 year old, I’m stronger and performing better than ever. I’m a big fan.

Unbiasedly speaking, one aspect I’ll mention is his training style is a little different. He teaches the ‘latest and greatest in exercise science:’ Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) which is unique to a lot of other trainers. This style of training is appropriate for all ages and abilities; from recovering from an injury, to playing a professional sport. I even went on to write an AP Research paper about how FRCs are the most effective thing a high intensity athlete can do. Tangent aside, this style is not for someone who is close minded to taking time building a good foundation or someone who can’t be open minded to being slightly unconventional.

Nonetheless, I personally am Nicks biggest fan and I’ll be working as long as I possibly can because I know no one else has ever given me better results. If you’re unsure if Nick is the perfect fit for you please take a session to meet him, he’s one of the smartest and most passionate trainers I’ve ever met, and I’m sure you’ll see why I like him so much when you meet him. ;)

I can’t express the knowledge and dedication Nick puts into his craft. His concern for a persons wellbeing comes first. His passion for what he does shows in every step of the experience he takes his clients on. Very informative, Nick has a skill to build his therapy around each and every client. I really love working with Nick. His training style is unique and VERY effective. His workouts made me a stronger and better athlete. I have not had any injuries because of the mobility work we do. There are many steps along the way however I believe the most crucial aspect is connecting with self, tuning into your own body— I help coach you through that.

I get to wear pajamas to work everyday and I help people peel back layers and find their true unique potential.

Virtual training is the safest option. We sanitize every piece of equipment in the gym. We social distance and keep the doors open for ventilation.
