David and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I have a question response is immediate and thorough. The I. V. Treatments are great and noticeable results come right away. The facility is top notch with a miriad of trainers and coaches as well.

I have known David and Deb for quite a few years. I work in the construction industry so my job is very physical. In 2015 I went to see David at his Clinic. He drew my blood and ran some tests on me, had some things that were off and he put me on medication and to this day I can do my physical job and have energy left over at the end of the day for my family. Most importantly is to really get to know my client. To understand what their habits are related to their lifestyle and how I can help to make small changes that will ensure their goals will be achieved.

Persistence, consistency, focus, dedication, hard work.... "The body of your dreams" that is an interesting concept. Not sure I believe there is a secret to the body of your dreams. I have often thought that achieving optimal health and fitness should be primary goal and the body of your dreams would be secondary. If you are planning on competing in a physique competition then yes you must focus on the best physique you can bring to the stage based on the division you are competing in. I have been training physique athletes for 20 some years now and know I can help you achieve your physique goals.

I love introducing my clients to fun and unique ways to exercise. I love making the workouts interesting and challenging. It is amazing to see my clients reach and achieve their health and fitness goals and then help them make new goals.

I have always been a leader and not a follower. I tried working for corporate health clubs and felt restricted. Starting my own business allowed me to be a leader and run my business with all the passion and dedication that I have towards living a healthy lifestyle.
