Personal Trainers

I’ve been working with Christian and CQ Performance for going on 6 months! I’ve absolutely loved the experience. Living in San Diego, there are so many options for strength and conditioning. My man Christian is a solid 10 out of 10! He's extremely competent, friendly, and professional. His workouts are always challenging and never boring keeping things fun and the body from hitting plateaus. He does whatever necessary to dial in everything from your nutrition to the workout programming to achieve your specific goals, for your specific abilities. He goes above and beyond to make sure your movements are safe yet highly effective and never makes you feel rushed or like he's just after your money. This guy really is passionate about his training and bringing value to the customer. My only regret is literally that I didn't start with him sooner. Thank you CQ Performance! Personal Trainers

Deciding to work with a personal trainer was by far one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. I feel very fortunate that I found Christian because he's given me the confidence, knowledge and drive to continue down my path of health. Christian is extremely good at what he does. He was very patient with me yet constantly motivated me to push myself. In just 4 months of working with Christian, my body has completely transformed. I never thought I could gain muscle and strength so quickly but thanks to Christians guidance, I feel like a different person. Christian is also great about following up with his clients outside the gym to make sure you're eating right and feeling good. Personal Trainers

I have worked with other PT's in the past but Christian is different and here is why:

- He's knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions regarding breathing, muscle activation, range of motion, etc.
- he's patient and works with your own pace while pushing you when possible.
- Utilizes every minute you're in the gym to your advantage.
- Prioritizes mobility/stretching before the workout which is very important to me.
- Flexible with my schedule and accommodated all my last minute changes to my sessions.

Bottom line, Christian is a great PT! Don't hesitate to contact him for your own strength goals. Enjoy your workouts!!!!!

Christian is a great trainer!
From the beginning he put me at ease. We did the first meeting virtually, but I decided to have Christian come to my house the next time.
Most importantly he gives me a great workout every time! I come away feeling better, stronger and healthier. He questions me throughout our session, making sure I’m feeling ok and gently correcting me if I’m not doing it right.
You can’t go wrong giving Christian a try!

He is always punctual, positive and reassuring!

I help clients by providing quality programs that are challenging, make them feel good and leave with more confidence, knowledge and experience. My goal is not just to help you reach your goals as we work togeher but I also strive to make you more gym indpendent. If you know how to warm up properly, are able to perform the functional movement pattterns by yourself and know how to cue yourself then I know you have progressed.

Slow and steady wins the race. Achieving any type of goal requires patience, determination and discipline.

I love seeing people achieve their goals and accomplish things that they thought they couldnt.

Got tired of the same routine job that I had for years. Became complacent and I wanted a change that would challenege me and make me step out of my comfort zone.

Because I care about the client and his/her needs before anything. I cater to the clients needs, limitations and goals. If there is a service that a client is looking for that I am not qualified in, I always refer out because I care more about the client recieving the best care rather than me providing a service that is not apart of my scope just to not loose a buck.

Services

Private Training allows you to have your program strictly catered to you, your goals, abilities and limitations. With comprehensive assessments, you will receive the best training for you that will be challenging and enjoyable. One-on-one personal training offers detailed assessments such as body composition and fitness tests, nutritional guidance, and goal monitoring.

Small group training offers a great environment of hard work when you are surrounded by people who are trying to accomplish the same goal. Small group training is also a great way for beginners to get started on their fitness journey. Small group training entails being in group of 2-6 people where you get to have the sense of community as everyone works hard to achieve their goals.

Do you want to take your performance to the next level? At CQ Performance, we provide sport specific programming that will transfer over onto the playing field. We provide strength, speed & agility, and power training for athletes of all kinds. Sports Performance Training is offered for both private and semi-private training. This service is great for athletes who are trying to make it to the next level or for teams that want to increase the performance of their athletes.
