Down 30 pounds and in the best shape I have ever been in!

I had just turned 46, no energy and my body hurt bad everyday. I decided it was time for a change so I was looking for a trainer to ensure I didn't give myself an injury and I was optimizing my time. I found Martin and I can honestly say it has been life changing. The first 2 weeks... it was tough. I stuck with it and my energy levels improved so much, friends and family were commenting on it. I noticed feeling stronger within the few coupes weeks. And within the 1st month, my shoulder which was almost intolerable at night to sleep, is now only occasionally sore. I know as I get stronger, it will be better. Martin has so much knowledge, I can't say how grateful I am for this transition; finally not waking up in pain and being able to sleep through the night after so many years. I was working out with him 2 days a week for 3 months and decided that I want more. Moved to 4 sessions a week and it's beyond worth the benefits. This is the first review I have ever given... Hands down the best decision I’ve made when it comes to the gym. I’ve worked with trainers in the past but Martin makes sure to keep your workouts specific for you and has quick responses and feedback on any questions you have outside of your sessions. If you want a trainer that 1.) that is obsessed with and understands thoroughly exercise selection and technique. 2.) goes the extra mile to push you to your limits 3. ) will give you the guidelines to grow, when you’re outside of the gym (I.e. nutrition, rest, etc.) then work with Martin. What I appreciate the most about working with Martin, is that it’s given me the framework and set me up on a trajectory to succeed on my own.
