We have also have a comprehensive knowledge base with sports science graduates, a masters level sports scientist, a physiotherapist, seasoned ultra runners and triathletes. Personal Training & Small Group Training - Our highly experienced trainers will motivate, guide, and challenge you to achieve more than your goals. We currently perform over 250 personal training sessions per week for clients ranging from professional athletes to people in their 80’s with chronic injuries and diseases. Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation & Sports Massage - We provide complete injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation back to full fitness by our registered physiotherapist. We also provide sports massage at competitive rates to help ease tension and keep you fighting fit. 6 Week Fitness Courses - Extremely popular and very effective we provide a variety of 6 weeek courses focusing on achiving specific fitness goals. Six weeks is a reasonable amount of time to commit to and achieve a specific goal. The courses are either in small groups led by a Personal Trainer, but can also be provided on a 1:1 basis. Courses include some of the following: Total Body Transformation (T.B.T), Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp, strength and conditioning, weightlifting, trail running, beginner and performance running and back pain rehabilitation.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We listen to what they want! The key is understanding exactly what someone wants, we can then look at their current level of fitness and experience and then plot a plan that will meet their goals. It is a collaboration between the client and the trainer. We're not here to punish you with exercise, it is about learning a skill and understanding what you are doing and why you are doing it. We want you to be as involved in the process as we are, we want you to be comfortable with what you are doing and why. That way you won't fear the gym! We have been training for over 15 years and an extensive and varied knowledge base and we've helped hundreds of people achieve all sorts of things from losing weight, climbing a mountain, running an ultra marathon, recovering from back pain and even breaking world records!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Patience and an open mind! We are here to support you and provide you with the knowledge you need to succeed, all we ask is that we set realistic goals and for you to be honest with us about your expectations and how much effort you are willing to give. If we can do that then there is nothing to stop you.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people develop and progress, regardless of their goals. One of the owners Pete is a Physiotherapist as well as a trainer. He recently has been working with a lady with Cerebral Palsy, who originally came to us in a motorised wheelchair that she had had to use for years. In the last few months she has been walking by herself, completely unsupported. As you can imagine, it's a good feeling!

What inspired you to start your own business?

We wanted to integrate physiotherapy, rehabilitation and training into one business, so that we could take any person, regardless of injuries or medical conditions and provide them with training to improve their life. It's been hard work, but worth every second.

Our training is based on scientific research and evidence, we are not ones for the latest gym craze if we're honest! Our approach is based on teaching you excellent technique and developing you towards your goals. If you have injuries or medical conditions then we have a team unlike any other that you will find in a gym that can not only provide exercise but fix any problems too. We also passionately believe in what we do, our staff is made up of Ultra Runners, Sports Scientists, Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Triathletes, Weightlifters and competing Body Builders - whatever we will make you do we do ourselves!
