My usual sports therapist was fully booked. With my back feeling locked up I began my search online. Gregg it turns out was in my old gym (Gym Vision, a great gym by the way), Gregg got to work on my back & neck and gave me advice on stretches and exercises to keep the tension at bay. As a newbie powerlifter, I've been quite prone to some rather nasty injuries and muscle tightness. Fortunately, Gregg has rectified my injuries every single time, at extremely short notice and with the utmost care. Saw Gregg for the first time yesterday for a tight lower back. Way too humble a guy for the service he delivers. He's especially the perfect dude to see if you're someone who's afraid to try sports massages because you've heard there's a lot of pain involved. Gregg specializes in delivering the same result as a painful sports massage, but manages to make it a comfortable and, dare I say, enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend his services. Having never had a sports massage before I was a little edgy booking my first appointment. The myths of 'no pain, no gain' have haunted me for months! ! After speaking with Gregg for several minutes on the phone, he reassured me the treatment would be of benefit and I'd walk away feeling great. I was NOT disappointed!!!
